Shipping and Returns

We reserve the right to cancel any order we feel may result in a charge back, get confiscated by customs, easily damaged in shipping, etc. Our standard shipping rate to an address located within the continental U.S. is $8.99 (this may vary depending on shape, quantity, and volume of order). There may be exceptions to this and will be noted in the specifications of the product if a different amount is required.  I.E., if it needs to be sent by pallet or if it requires special handling. Orders sent to any other address (including HI, AK, APO, or outside the United States) will incur actual shipping charges.

 

Delivery Time

We typically ship most orders within two business days of receipt (excluding weekends).  Most items are shipped via Fedex, UPS or USPS.  Please allow for up to 2 weeks to receive your order.  

 

When to contact us

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. If you have not received confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped please contact us for verification of receipt/processing of your order.

Once the order has been shipped, please do not contact IMEX Model to find out the delivery status of your order. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation e-mail. Please use the tracking number to find the expected delivery date and to follow the travel progress of your order.

Shipping International

We apologize but IMEX/IMEX World of Bricks is not currently shipping out of the country. Any orders placed that ship outside the country or that are shipped to a freight forwarder may be terminated or put on hold until we verify the order. We understand this may cause delays, but to prevent fraud this is a necessary step.

Returns

If you have received a shipment that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us at (352) 754-8522, or send an e-mail to support@taigentanks.com. Our friendly customer support representatives will work with you to resolve the problem. The site does not have the option to return items to Taigen Tanks. Do not simply return or redirect the package back to IMEX/IMEX World of Bricks without contacting us first. Packages returned to IMEX/IMEX World of Bricks without return authorization will be rejected. 

All items must be returned in the original package and in the original shipping box sent to you. This includes the outside boxes we include the tanks in for extra cushion. Please include a copy of the invoice and a phone number where we can reach you to expedite your return process.

Returns may take up 2-3 weeks to be processed and refunded but is typically done much faster. You may email us at support@taigentanks.com to inquire on the status of your return at any time and we will get back to you as fast as possible. Our staff is not present on Saturdays or Sundays so please give us time to respond on the weekends.

IMEX/IMEX World of Bricks reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for any items.
